Technical Support Analyst - Citrix Administrator

Citrix Administrator required to join Remote Hosting team to provide backfill for existing team members to participate in a XenApp 6.5 upgrade project.

Tasks:
The candidate will work within the team to manage the production Citrix environment, providing second and third line support. Although primarily operational based, the role requires secure, reliable solutions to be engineered to address issues and requests that may arise. There will also be some project based activities to build new Servers and to deliver applications. The team operates a rota with an early and late shift and rotates on-call support.

Team setup:
Remote Hosting team is a team of 7 people split between Utrecht and London and is responsible to design and engineer Citrix based solutions that are used globally to deliver applications and desktops to the business. The team also manages the European Citrix infrastructure in its entirety.

Job requirements:
Must Haves (Expert Knowledge):
-Citrix XenApp 4.5, 5.0 and 6.5
-Citrix XenDesktop
-Windows Server Operating Systems (2003/2008 R2)
-Group Policies/Profile Management
-English Language (Written and Oral)
