TECHNICAL SUPPORT ANALYST SEATTLE, WA CONTRACT OPPORTUNITY, POSSIBLE HIRE

The candidate will work with Program Managers, Technical Program Managers, and internal team members in the management of specific project assets and providing technical support to those using the products. The assets will require technical management and maintenance as well as administrative oversight, NDA tracking, distribution and recovery from various internal locations. These assets will need to be specifically tracked, their status maintained and repaired, or updated as appropriate. Additional technical work on building an internal beta community/forum will also be a part of the role.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

The ideal candidate has experience working with computer hardware, and systems devices as well as the ability to follow basic troubleshooting steps which may involve running scripts, and specific commands. The candidate should be resourceful, have strong communication skills, be highly motivated to learn new things and work independently. Candidate will also need database experience in tracking and generating reports.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Experience working with bash/Shell or other Scripting languages. Experience with building community forum sites is a plus. Ability to handle multiple requests simultaneously and track all work items.
