My client a leading energy provider in the UK currently has an opportunity for a Technical Support Analyst.

The Support Analyst should demonstrate confidence in problem solving, have excellent customer facing skills, and be able to work independently and as part of a team. The individual must be dynamic, have high standards and integrity, be a good communicator, and have a good work ethic.

The successful person shall be reporting to the IT Front Line Support Team Leader, the specialist will monitor and resolve IT incidents assigned to the support team in accordance with the Service Level Agreements. Experience of an IT service management tool is essential.

It is essential that the successful candidate is competent and experienced in support of MS Windows XP PCs and MS Office products in a MS Windows Server 2003 environment. The candidate should also have a good understanding of LAN infrastructure and topologies, and installation and support of peripheral devices.
