Technical Support Analyst Our client in Broussard is currently looking for a full time, permanent employee to join their team in a technical support capacity. Salary is 55-65k. No relocation assistance is available. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing telephone, internet and technical support to internal and external clients. Customer service, and therefore communication skills are key. You will be troubleshooting and escalating systems and network issues where necessary. Technically you need experience with MS Office suite/ Installation / Troubleshooting, Engineering Applications, Hardware, Desktop, Laptops, Smartphones etc. Please apply online if interested.
