I am looking for technical support professionals to work in a great environment in an international business with more than 7900 employees. The job is to perform end-user technical support (2nd line), Solve system issues (data corrections, code corrections, management of system monitoring alerts) and Write documentation investigation documents, root cause analyses, test protocols, etc.
Essential skills are:
- Fluent English - written & spoken
- Knowledge of French
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical quality and R&D lab processes
- Support Experience in a Scientific and Laboratory Services environment
- Awareness of Labware design and programming standards
- Knowledge of IT CSV Documentation
