JOB SUMMARY:

- The Analyst I-Access Management Unit (AMU) is responsible for provisioning and revoking access to the physical buildings and logical (computers and networks) assets for employees and contractors.
- The Analyst I-AMU is responsible for performing compliance activities to meet regulatory requirements and troubleshooting Access Requests which are delivered through company-wide portals.
- Analyst will help to coordinate accesses across systems.
- In addition to the technical/provisioning aspect of this position, this resource will also be covering front desk receptionist duties as needed

- Basic foundational understanding of/or the ability to learn the IT landscape and the universe of access-controlled assets across the enterprise

- Ability to meet deadlines while providing a complete and accurate work product

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, IT, Security, or Criminal Justice, or related discipline or the equivalent combination of education and/or experience
- Security background a plus
- Experience in IT Customer Service (0-2 years) in a corporate environment preferred.
