My client looking for a technical Support contractor to join the support Services Team.

General responsibilities include building systems, validating customer content, creating orders, driving issue resolution, and ensuring all aspects of an engineered project match predefined technical specification requirements.

Provide professional and timely responses to a continuous volume of requests.
- Responds to technical requests & issues related to hardware builds, infrastructure or tools via queue, e-mail/IM and phone.
- Initializes projects per (customer) requirements as per predefined technical specification.
- Manages daily workflow as required to meet department and customer requirements.
- Leverages multiple tools for data acquisition, impact assessment, task execution.
- Troubleshooting of issues from manufacturing and customers, escalation/communication as required.
- Ability to relate actual day-to-day work to business priorities.
- Collaborates with others to achieve objectives and ensure information flow.

Required Skills:
- Technical knowledge and experience building PCs & Servers
- Strong Windows/PC skills
- Ability to work on own initiative Preferred Skills:
- Industry level certification: A+, MCP,MCITP
- Knowledge of KVM
- Experience with Scripting or code development for process improvement
