My client, based in Harlow, is looking for a Technical/Desktop Support Engineer for an initial 3 month contract paying up to £150 per day. The client is looking for someone with a mixture of 1st/2nd line experience: Essential Skills: 3+ years experience of providing IT/desktop support (ideally related to product support)- preferably in an international environment A strong understanding of product support PC, MAC, Linux, Windows XP/7/Vista Solid Microsoft Office experience Active Directory Exchange Desirable Skills: Strong Problem Solving & Initiative OSX and tablet-based OS's It is vital that the successful candidate is personable and has excellent communication skills.
