Technical Support

A fantastic opportunity has arisen as a French / German speaking Technical Support Engineer at a Solutions Company based inReading.

As a Technical Support Engineer you will deal with European clients, hence French, German or Spanish is required. You will provide application support to customers and ensure you are meetingSLA's which have been agreed.

Training on the product will be provided, the product is a web based solution, therefore knowledge of web based products / support experience is desirable. Also a good understanding of databases, in particular SQL / SQL server knowledge is required.

You will have French, German or Spanish verbal and written skills.

Technical Skills required:

- Experience in a support environment / application support
- Database knowledge, SQL / SQL Server
- Exposure to web based applications or products
- French, German or Spanish verbal and written skils
