Technical Support (.NET/Outsystem) (Junior)

The contract is with a consultancy to be on an assignment to a large client in the utilities sector as follows:- .NET + Outsystem technical support

Technically support some transversal oriented application based on .net and Outsystems technology

Required knowledge;
Proven competences the .net environment (Confirmed skill level)
BASIC KNOWHOW ON OUTSYSTEMS DEVELOPMENT PLATFORM (JUNIOR SKILL LEVEL IS SUFFICIENT)
Able to write c# based extensions
Able to write and understand and write T-SQL statements
Understand technical design and functional requirements

Extra surplus;
Knowledge on Oracle and PL/SQL
Experience in service oriented organizations
Functional knowledge on Energy management environment and an overall interest on functionality that will bring added value to the business (technology is there to serve people/business)

Being able to work autonomous
Able to work in a dynamic environment will lots of changing priorities
Focus on fast delivering and qualitative aftercare ones workaround is implemented
Able to improve maintainability were needed
Having explicit experience in talking to end-user and understanding their needs, using a vocabulary they understand
