Technical Subcontracting Manager/Technical Project Manager/Team Lead/C#, HTML, JavaScript. 12 month contract in Brussels with leading technology firm The main responsibilities for the Project Manager will be to manage a 3rd party project that will be developing a Web Based Application in C#, JavaScript and HTML on Windows 8. We are specifically looking for technical managers that have come from a Development background and ideally understand Web based application Development (C#, HTML, Javascript). The role involves managing a Development team both as a third-party supplier (contract negotiation, including scope/requirements, cost/schedule; acceptance of the deliveries), and as an off-short team (monitoring progress, defining and tracking processes, etc).
