IHRE AUFGABEN:

-Participate in the creation of supporting documentation e.g. terms of reference
-Liaise with program/project managers, clients, functional analysts and developers as appropriate to ensure solution design and implementation is in line with the business requirements
-Support the preparation of feasibility studies and estimates
-Perform data analysis to support tasks as required
-Support the client manager in documentation and/or analysis tasks around the responsible business area
-Raise incidents, change tickets and represent on incident/problem/change management meetings
-Participate in DR/BCP drills

IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:

-Fluency in English is required, German appreciated
-Profound analytical and problem solving experience
-Basic knowledge and awareness of (related) business solutions in the marketplace
-Strong technical skills working in an IT based role
-Basic knowledge of the SAP platform
-Experience in conceptualization and solution definition desired
-Very good knowledge of MS Office products, especially MS Access & MS Excel
-SAP BW skills in FI, CO, RE/FX
