IHRE AUFGABEN:
-Design, implement, and support advanced and diverse technical solutions that address complex business requirements:
-Effective Deployment, Delivery and Support of IT Services and Solutions (Hardware and Software across IT Infrastructure Platforms) to End Users across the Business Cluster.
-Proactively manage and monitor Incident Tickets for local business infrastructure (Desktop-, File-, Print-, Telephony-Services; LAN/WAN and Servers) and drive Technical Support to achieve SLA's, including the identification of possible repeating events or trends and coordinated adequate responses.
-Ensure new facilities are set up appropriately from an Infrastructure perspective to deliver an exceptional end user experience
-Develop and maintain written Documentation of System Processes and Policies.
-Undertake IT project work/tasks as directed by IT Management.
-Identify and implement process improvements in the architecture and/or infrastructure of existing systems
-Work cooperatively with technical personnel in other teams and functions to accomplish enterprise-wide goals.
-Remain up to date on new and emerging technologies within area of technical expertise and serve as resource to other employees.
-A degree of Travel will be required.
IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:
-Experience as a Network & System Administrator (AD User / Group)
-Knowledge of Windows Server Environment (Windows 2012, Windows 2008)
-Detailed knowledge of End User Desktop / Software / Applications
-Awareness of Cisco Networking and Data / Voice solutions
-Awareness of Server Virtualisation using VMWare ESX & Citrix XenServer
-Knowledge of ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library)
-Knowledge of Microsoft Client Operating Systems
-Awareness of Pharmaceutical validated systems
-Familiar with SharePoint.
-Knowledge of mobile and emerging technologies including iOS, Windows8 and Android based platforms
-Languages Priorities: 1. English 2. Flemish 3. French
