Projektbeschreibung
THE ROLE:
- provide guidance and support of migration of users utilising QUEST suite of tools;
- resolve incidents and requests from customers within relevant service levels;
- identify, diagnose and resolve technical problems relating to Email and Groupware and related systems;
- participate in post incident reviews and provide input to incident reports;
- monitor and report on performance of Email and Groupware and related systems;
- provide technical leadership and guidance to less experienced team members;
- provide direction and expert advice to regional on-site support staff in the performance of support as required;
- contribute to improving the performance and availability of Email and Groupware and related systems;
- produce Standard Operating Procedures and Operational Instructions;
- provide guidance and support of migration of users utilising Quest suite of tools.
DUE TO SECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS ROLE, CANDIDATES MUST BE AUSTRALIAN CITIZENS WHO CURRENTLY HOLD A NV2 SECURITY CLEARANCE OR HIGHER.
