*Experience of designing resilient DDI (DNS, DHCP, IPAM) solutions
*Hands-on experience of multiple DDI platforms and mixed vendor environments
*Experience of multi-tenancy, site survivability and anycast DNS solutions
*Experience of capturing requirements from stakeholders
*Experience with drafting technical documentation, including standards and build documents, for internal publication
*Experience of global organisations with a background of acquisitions
*Experience of working with outsource partners
*Experience with operating effectively within an IT governance framework and best practices
*Ability to contribute to and to align with business and technical strategies
*Ability to cope with demanding schedules and stakeholders
*Ability to specify operational controls and use of management capabiliities
*Demonstrable communications skills with strong capabilities in stakeholder inclusion and articulating understanding and forward decisions
*Must be a confident self-starter and able to work with minimum supervision
