ECRM-EURO are looking for a Technical Specialist for CONTENT FILTERING to be based in Swindon.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Product and Tech specialist for Email and Web Proxy Content Filtering deployed at clients Data centre.
Problem Management and advanced troubleshooting
Responsible for restoration of environment if incident occurs
Implement and review advanced system configurations
Level 3 break-fix support
Technical document creation
Conduct training

REQUIRED SKILLS AND PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE

10 years experience in Firewall and IPS config and troubleshooting
High Availability, DC, and DR fail overs and failback mechanisms
SME on Bluecoat, Ironport platform.
Bluecoat SG, Bluecoat AV, Bluecoat Director.
Ironport SMA, Ironport WSA.
Any technology related OEM or industry standard certifications for L3 skills like BCCPP, CICSP, CCNP, CCIE, CISSP etc.
