Technical Sourcing Recruiter

Our client is one of the most frequented reference sites on the web looking for an exceptional TECHNICAL SOURCING RECRUITER to help source candidates for multiple hiring events.

The Events Recruiter will work with a team of recruiters, business leaders, hiring managers and recruiting coordinators. To succeed in this role, you'll need to create fantastic job postings, conduct research, network with passive candidates, partner with hiring managers, and create robust sourcing strategies that will attract the best and the brightest. It's a fast-paced role, on a fun and cohesive team.

Candidates will be able to demonstrate excellent research and hunting skills via Internet, phone or other channels. Candidates will have a reputation for being exceptional at candidate generation, organization, possess strong verbal and written communication skills, have an ability to prioritize their time, a sense of urgency, and understand the value of providing amazing customer service.

QUALIFICATIONS

- 5+ years recruiting experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience with online sourcing techniques
- Strong analytics, with ability to create, measure, and scale the right workflow between candidates, hiring managers, and the recruiting team
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Mix of agency and corporate recruiting experience a plus
