TECHNICAL SOURCER JUNIOR WANTED FOR OUR ZURICH BASED CLIENT.
YOUR EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
- Strong technical understanding obtained through past Technical Recruitment/Sourcing experience or through technical level education
- 2-3 years working experience in sourcing and screening candidates, evaluating their qualifications, conducting phone/personal interviews and managing the whole recruitment process (preferably for Technical or IT positions)
- In-depth experience in working independently on a number of projects simultaneously
- Excellent assessment and analytical skills
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- LANGUAGES: FLUENT ENGLISH BOTH WRITTEN AND SPOKEN
YOUR TASKS:
- Conducting research and investigating new ideas to create innovative sourcing strategies
- Focus on sourcing candidates through networking, cold calling, complex Internet searches and research
- Sourcing and screening candidates from on-line databases, contact lists, internal databases, and employee referrals
- Acting as a search expert for a functional areas by understanding functional hiring needs, position specifications and search requirements
- Assisting recruiters to generate ideas, leverage resources and share information that facilitates an effective search process
