- The responsibilities of a technical sourcer is to identify technical candidates, engage them, discuss the position as well as the company's brand, and attract their interest.
- Upon transitioning candidates to an interview, you will work with the recruiter assigned to establish next steps.
- The Sourcer's time will be split between 2 recruiters based off business demand.
- Environment is a collaborative one where ideas and thoughts are shared.
- The ideal candidate will work hard, represent the company well, and enjoy identifying candidates.
SKILLS
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's Degree
- Technical recruiters/sourcers experience
- Experience recruiting/sourcing for software/hardware positions, or an IT company is preferable
