For our customer in Zurich we are looking for a
Voice Operations Engineer (m/f)
We are looking for a motivated technical supporter to work for 1 year as part of our clients' Operations team. We're seeking passionate engineers to actively monitor our client's global SIP-based network.
Tasks
- Monitor voice network for availability, performance, quality and security issues
- Respond to and troubleshoot VoIP-related incidents (tier 2)
- Analyze failures for patterns and feed voice engineers with design optimization proposals
- Train and mentor new team members
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering
- Experience with operating complex corporate, call center or telecom service provider VoIP (SIP) based networks
- Experience with OpenSource VoIP projects, Acme Packet SBC, Avaya PBX platforms
- Proficiency in English language, spoken and written
