Technical Solutions Engineer

Projektbeschreibung
TECHNICAL SOLUTIONS ENGINEER WANTED FOR OUR ZURICH BASED CLIENT.
YOUR EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
- University Degree in Computer Science as well as at least 4 years of relevant engineering experience in a customer facing role
- Excellent knowledge of developing and coding with Java/C++, Python, XML and templating tools
- Solid knowledge of technical troubleshooting is mandatory
- Familiarity with Linux and networking system would be a big plus
- Experience in Flights domain is highly desirable (or at least an enthusiasm and willingness to quickly learn it)
- Ability to work collaboratively as a part of the team
- Strong attention to detail coupled with excellent communication and organization skills
YOUR TASKS:
- Configuring, maintaining and troubleshooting flight pricing data discrepancy issues and coming up with technical solutions to avoid them in the futur
- Implementing and supporting partner integrations and technical projects, including coding, design, deployment and integration of Flights partner pricing data
- Designing tools, alerts and processes to improve data quality as well as gathering project requirements and writing documentation
- Working with QPX and building a deep expertise in Flights pricing area
- Scaling partner support operations by automating tools, improving technical documentation and delegating activities across multiple support tiers
- Supporting solution implementations, working closely with Flights partners to improve price and data accuracy
- Consulting with partners to identify needs and developing approaches to identify and improve the quality of their data
