My client is based in Copenhagen, Denmark.
They are looking for multiple Technical Solution Architects for a large project to start ASAP for an initial 3 - 6 Month contract, with the view to extend throughout 2014.
Your job will be as a Technical Solution Architect as part of a Solution Design team in a large Transformation project.
Your tasks will include mapping source environment against target environment, utilising available Migration/Relocation methods and Standard Building Blocks, while creating a detailed design and migration strategy per Application/System to be transformed and relocated.
You will as part of the Solution Design team, provide advice and guidance to transformation teams.
We expect that you have a broad technical knowledge within Midrange IT, incl. virtualisation, Servers, DBs, Network, Firewalls and AD.
We expect that you have 3-5 years of experience with IT Architecture and Design in the Midrange area.
You:
Are used to navigate in large complex organisations.
Are proactive and can adopt this with working in a highly agile environment.
Have detailed knowledge on Midrange IT architectures inkl. Wintel, Linux, Solaris, AIX, IBM iSeries, SQL, Oracle and DB2
Are able to manage more projects at the same time.
Are used to communicate in writing and to document your work.
Are responsible for keeping deadlines.
