Technical Solution Manager - Video Service Delivery

Technical Solution Manager - Video Service Delivery required for focussed sales and delivery of product an services with IP video services.

Candidates will be working on the following -

1) Plan, develop and implement effective product marketing activities and strategies for IP video services.

2) Plan, analyse and manage services implementation to enhance and manage the IP video services product portfolio.

3) Develop technical service solutions to support new business opportunities and support the effective and timely deployment of technical solutions by working with other support functions.

4) Analyse and manage new product roll-outs; seek out, identify and develop new business opportunities for products and services.

5) Execute and manage the current and future alliance/partnership program for IP video service enhancement and sales improvement.

6) Provide product expertise and consultation to all sales and business solution groups.

7) Working with the appropriate business stakeholders, meet program objectives for process efficiency, cost improvement, and financial contribution.

8) Ensures internal and external customer satisfaction through feedback and corrective action mechanisms.

Candidates should have min 3 years experience, preferably within presales & focussed on IT or Telecoms solutions. Additional experience in Video Service Delivery or content Distribution would also a bonus.
