Our Client is looking for A TECHNICAL SOLUTION MANAGER (FRAUD MANAGEMENT SYSTEM), to strengthen their team and take on a challenging role on an important project.
Tasks: Technical Application maintenance of Fraud Management System Scope/Responsibility Incident Management Application monitoring & automation of daily activity Developments related to Enhancement request Reporting
Deliverables: Meet the KPI & SLA wrt the incident and application availability/performance
Required Skills: MDA (Martin Dawes Analytics) product knowledge on FMS suite (at least one technical consultant should have this in the team) PL/SQL Unix Scripting
Language: English Speaking Sufficient
