Technical Solution Manager

Role:

The Technical Solution Manager (TSM) is responsible for the development and sales of our clients solutions directly to their client. The TSM will orchestrate the development of complex, multi-year, custom solutions and associated cost cases. The directions the TSM will establish are the foundation of our client`s solution and heavily influence sales, human resources, and contract and delivery strategies for the engagement. He/she is required to anticipate and develop and define innovative services solutions which match the customer`s and our client`s tactical and strategic requirements.

As a Technical Solution Manager (TSM):
-You will be the single contact to the Delivery organization for Solution Management

within one or more business domain(s).
-You will be client facing and will be responsible for the definition of projects as part

of the RFS proces.These projects need to be defined on both the technical, as well as the financial and resource level.
-You need to proactively engage the client, internal Subject Matter Experts and Project managers and keep them all aligned.
-You need to ensure that solution delivery is done on time, within budget and with high client satisfaction.

Experience:

-Experienced in creating IT (/infrastructure) Solutions in the EUS, Storage and Midrange infrastructure area up to the application layer.
-Knowledge/experience with multiple platform types, database types and Middleware products.
-Experienced in Financial industry
-Experienced in End User Services area, Wintel platforms
-A good experience with working with technical teams (eg Wintel, Unix, database, MQ, Networking, .)

Knock-out criteria:

- brought (not in depth) knowledge of all platforms
- solution/architectural experience
- Project management experience
