Technical Solution Engineer - EBS (Ericsson Blade System) and IS/ISER (Ericsson Integrated Site)
TECHNICAL SOLUTION ENGINEER (13-04-2918)
For our customer we are looking for a Technical Solution Engineer and/or Technical Services Engineer.
The purpose of the Solution Engineer role is to ensure that the clients Services and Solutions are delivered in a cost efficient way and in line with agreed delivery date/time and service levels. The Solution Engineer drives to designs, troubleshoots and resolves problems in order to stabilize and optimize the services. Configures and integrates different nodes and solutions/services. This role requires a very close cooperation with the business (user/customer) on a daily/weekly basis.
Good experience in EBS (Ericsson Blade System) and IS/ISER (Ericsson Integrated Site).
Required skills:
General competence about infrastructure (HW like Routers and Switches of different brands such as Juniper, Netgear and Cisco)
General knowledge in how to connect the equipment via KVM- switch (ie Digi)
General knowledge about GPS and sync as well as transmitters/receivers/transceivers (XFP, SFP, xSFP etc.)
The social competence of the consultant is very important since the work means you have direct contact with testers both in Sweden and abroad. A bit of cultural skills is necessary and of course English- which is the corporate language.
