We believe that great games are developed by diverse teams. Autonomous teams that include people focused on everything from creative to test. Test for us is at the heart of our development process and we are looking for strong engineers to join our teams and help us solve some of the hardest problems in game development.

As an experienced Software Engineer, you'll be great at a majority of these technologies and processes and are comfortable working with them daily:

- C++ & C# (.Net)
- Service-oriented architecture (SOA)
- Unreal engine
- Scrum and/or Kanban practices
- Test First Development
- XP/Lean

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL

-DELIVER THE RIGHT LEVEL OF TESTINGon each feature that you work on
-ENGINEER TESTABILITYin to the game, working directly with the Developers so that manual and automated testing is as easy and effective as possible
-PROMOTE TEST FIRST APPROACHESacross the development and test teams to ensure that code is kept to a high level of quality and is demonstrable in different ways
-COLLABORATEwith other teams on other titles to ensure that we're sharing our wins and learning from our losses as best we can

WE'RE LOOKING FOR PEOPLE WHO

-Have the life of a tester - proven experience and bursting with enthusiasm
-Can fail fast - no one is perfect so we'll need you to quickly iterate on how you work to learn from mistakes and get better faster
-Learning before planning - Embedded in an Agile development environment with a fortnightly release cadence we have to prioritize effectively. It's not that we don't value well thought through plans, it's that we value the ability to make great decisions using your own experience more so
-Aren't afraid to stop doing something - if you've realized that something isn't working, you'll be bold enough to admit it, communicate your learning to the team and find a better solution to move forward with
-Follow through - the team you join will be supportive of all of the things we believe in but the team will also expect you to do the same. If you love constant change and believe in team over I you'll thrive
- Does the right thing - we'll expect you to question decisions to ask if they're the right decisions for the project and we'll expect you to challenge us to be the best we can
