Job Accountabilities:

An exciting opportunity has arisen within the manufacturing department here as a technical services representative. The mission of the External Manufacturing Group is to identify, implement and actively manage the manufacture of new and existing Client products at over twenty external manufacturing sites in the region.
The Operations include facilities which produce solid (dry) products, prefilled syringes, liquids and parenteral (sterile) products.
In this role, the Technical Services Representative is accountable for preparation of technical reports including complaint investigation reports which are used to feedback to our customers. The successful candidate will also participate in supporting departmental processes. This position is suitable for candidates seeking to work in a wide variety of business and cultural environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Liaise with external partners on investigation of complaints
Prepare complaint investigation reports based on investigation data supplied by our external partners.
Support the technical services team in deviation investigations and change control preparation and management for our external partner manufacturing processes
Support to EMEAA Business Processes, including Site-Self Assessment, and standard operating procedures.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, including improvement of complaint investigation processes.

Essential Qualifications/Skills:

Graduate in Chemistry, Pharmacy, Biology/Microbiology or a related discipline;
Experience in the manufacture of medicines is desirable
Excellent report writing skills
Excellent Microsoft Office skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Confident, enthusiastic self-starter
