TECHNICAL SERVICES MANAGER/DELIVERY

BASELINE SECURITY CLEARANCE IS A MINIMUM REQUIREMENT. THIS IS AN INITIAL CONTRACT ENGAGEMENT WITH A VIEW TO TRANSITIONING TO PERMANENT FOR THE RIGHT RESOURCE.

The purpose of this role is to manage the delivery of Technology Services to key projects, predominantly in the federal government sector, including responsibility for the compliance of quality and service delivery metrics, change management and operating efficiency goals.

You will have a broad technical knowledge coupled with vendor management and highly developed analytical skills. You will work closely with all Stakeholders to improve the customer service experience, support technology change and become a trusted technical Advisor.

This role is accountable for the end to end Technical Service Management within a managed Telecommunication and ICT environment.

ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

Demonstrated high level in a Telco/ICT environment delivering operationally focused technical service.

Demonstrated ability to manage technical service support including:

Incident management

Change management

Configuration management

Problem management

Capacity management

YOUR BROAD TECHNICAL EXPERIENCE WILL COVER:

Voice and Data, Business Applications and Solutions, Cloud and Data Centre, BYOD, Contact Centre, Network and ICT Solutions, Security, Network - LAN and WAN (diagrams, implementation, BAU, MAC's, SLA's).

You will lead by example, be open minded, receptive, accept responsibility and follow through with methodical efficiency.

You will understand Customer Business drivers and requirements and be able to translate them into technology deliverables supporting the overall ICT Strategic Direction of the Customer.
