Technical Servicenow Consultant

EDT Global are working with a consulting organisation based out of Melbourne that require and experienced Technical ServiceNow Consultant for a brand new project role.

We are looking for someone with experience in not only ServiceNow but also ITSM/ITIL

- Several years Business Analysis experience
- 5+ years Business Analysis specific experience (which include ServiceNow related work)
- Previous experience performing ServiceNow tasks
- Demonstrable experience with ITIL SERVICE PLANNING
- Demonstrable experience with ITIL & IT SERVICE MANAGEMENT/ITSM
- Demonstrable experience with rolling out SERVICENOW

*ServiceNow qualifications/certifications would be very beneficial.*

SOME OF THE EXPERIENCE WE ARE LOOKING OR IS LISTED BELOW:

- Strong stakeholder collaboration, stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Ability to effectively engage with these stakeholders to understand business priorities and business requirements.
- Strong requirements analysis, assessment and business requirement documentation experience (ie experience delivering detailed requirements, process flows, process definition/refinement)
- Proactive individual with ability to effectively identify and facilitate resolution of issues and raise Change Requests where necessary.
- Ensure appropriate business groups are involved and facilitate testing, training as required.
- Ensure client and internal communications are accurate
