Technical Service Engineer - Pharmaceuticals

As the Technical Service Engineer you will be responsible for investigating customer complaints and complete documentation associated with the manufacture and packaging of Pharmaceutical products. You will also have the opportunity to work on improvement projects for products and processes. You will be tasked with authoring specifications, manufacturing records, complaints procedures and QIRs. The role will involve interaction with internal manufacturing, logistics and technical colleagues, as well as suppliers and customers.

Proven skills and experience in the following areas is essential;
Educated to degree level in a science degree
Experience within the Pharmaceutical industry with a good knowledge of GMP.
Competent with the analysis of data and working knowledge of computer software (word and excel).
Preferably have experience of the investigation of customer complaints
Preferably have experience of authoring technical documents eg Manufacturing records and product specifications
Strong problem solving and communication skills.
