My client, an international bank in Zurich, Switzerland seeks a Technical Service Desk Analyst to assist in clearing a backlog. Main areas of expertise would need to be around MS severs/exchange, Active Directory, Network devices (printers and scanners), and wifi across 3 locations. Experience with 1-3 Line support over the phone would also be ideal.

The position requires fluent English AND German with a knowledge of Russian being an advantage.
