TECHNICAL SAP HCM CONSULTANTS - BRUSSELS
TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Being part of SAP HCM development & implementation projects
- Develop various SAP HR applications
- Analyse business requirements and develop effective configuration solutions
- Build prototypes: implement the solution in a development and test environment
- Being able to manage a project team and build effective relations with customers to establish long-term business partnerships
- Conduct knowledge transfer activities to support clients in developing their skills.
- You will also participate in internal knowledge transfer in order to extend and enhance the Emeritis competence centre team
YOUR PROFILE
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- +3 years of technical experience in a SAP HCM environment
- Good technical knowledge of one or more of the following specific modules: PA, OM, Time, Payroll, Personnel Development, ESS/MSS, LSO, E-learning, E-Recruiting, etc..
- Proven experience in Custom Development and UI
- Required knowledge: SAP HR, NetWeaver, ABAP, Portal, Workflow
- Experience in ABAP WebDynpro and Adobe is a strong asset
- Good knowledge of English and preferably Dutch/French
