Progressive Global Energy has been tasked with sourcing a Technical Sales Manager for aUKbased company looking to have a presence inHoustonTX. The successful individual will be responsible for the development of existing clients as well as identification and development of new customers.

Must have skills/experience is as follows:

- Proven track record in business development and technical sales.
- Business and financial acumen.
- Project management skills and experience.
- Experience in fast moving manufacturing environment

Key measurable will be as follows:

- Delivery of forecasted sales levels ($1.5/$2bn in a financial year spread between new & repeat business).
- Added value management and forecasting.
- New business generation and customer introduction.

Reporting to the Sales & Marketing Director, you will be expected to act with autonomy and will be held individually responsible for performance in the Region. You will be responsible for leading a team of around 5 people inHoustonTX.

Remuneration for this position is negotiable depending on the individual appointed. A strong base salary will be on offer with a healthy/attractive performance related bonus on offer.
