Key Tasks and Responsibilities
* Research and review sales opportunities in the assigned territory
* Create sales strategies based on customer research and corporate business objectives
* Identify and develop new business opportunities, while maintaining current relationships
* Attend sponsored events, new technology introductions and competitor activities
* Work closely with Area Management in planning and growth strategies
* Develop and implement objectives, processes and sales targets for the region
* Coordinate International work assignments
* Develop and manage yearly budget and sales forecasts
* Provide technical support on sales and job installations as required
Educational Requirements
* Post Secondary Degree in Science or Engineering
Competencies, Skills and Experience
* 5 - 7 years of Technical Sales experience in the Oil and Gas Industry, preferably in GCC or Middle East
* Strong technical and completions background with exposure to pumping and stimulation
* Willingness and ability to mentor employees
* Ability to work collaboratively with International team members
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel and Outlook
* Strong verbal and written English skills
* Ability to convey information in a clear and concise manner
* Well developed interpersonal skills
* Strong Project Management, Sales negotiation and Communication skills
Travel
* A significant amount of travel is required in this role
