Progressive Global Energy has been asked to find a Technical Sales Director to look after their business in Europe for a leading upstream Oil & Gas Global Operation company based in Aberdeen.

If you would like to be part of an innovative technology focused company, providing strategic solutions then I would like to hear from you.

Key accountabilities include:

* Create and maintain relationships with Upstream Oil & Gas OEMs.

* Manage the sales team in order to drive sales targets and the strategic business of the company.

* Devise business strategy to penetrate new markets.

* Manage budget, sales strategy and key objectives.

* Facilitate product presentations and handle product developments as required.

* Monitor, oversee and report feedback to the sales team.

* Competitor analysis, market research and penetration report writing.

The ideal candidate for this role will have experience in the following:

* Excellent communicator with planning techniques.

* P&L Experience (ability to demonstrate examples and project figures).

* Technical Degree (preferable).

* Ability to travel frequently on an international basis.

This is a staff position based in Aberdeen and will be paying a salary which is dependant on the candidates overall experience (very competitive).
