Location: South of Germany
Type of contract: permanent, unlimited
Your key tasks:
-Create, release and maintain application rates for vehicle lines and regions.
-Communicate and resolve any customer part number, part pricing, logistics, packaging issues with local customer purchasing team.
-Lead weekly customer meetings to discuss open issues and lead them to resolution/closure in quick manor. #Assist customer and our clients team in troubleshooting system integration issues.
-Identify build requirements for Benches, by working with our client and customer team.
-Assist manufacturing plants in troubleshooting product assembly build issues
-Support specification discussed and negotiated changes working with our client specification group.
- Assist in driving customer quality issues to resolution
-Updating customer vehicles with latest software during proto and launch phases.
-Supported sales staff in sourcing opportunities by local RFQ technical and design reviews with OEM
-Local customer support for vehicle launches, like ISIR, production pricing and quality issues.
-Communicating with customer, sales, development and assembly plan.
-Collaborate with OEM in researching future technologies to meet market trends.
-Assist local customer marketing and sales groups to promote our clients branded audio systems.
Your profile:
-Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent) in Engineering/Business, with a preference in Electrical Engineering
-Experience working on-site at customer with experience in negotiations
-A few years of experience at a technical company in problem solving role (Nice to have: automotive experience with experience preference in Infotainment or audio systems)
-Mechanical or electrical technical background at Automotive or consumer electronic
-Thorough knowledge of mechanical design principles and practices gained from both a good academic foundation and via practical application and experience
-Work experience in international/intercultural environment (Nice to have: Experience working with Korean automotive maker or supplier)
-Customer OEM interface experience
-Ability to work with excel, and power point proficiently
-Strong communication skills
-Well organized with ability to prioritize
-Ability to travel
-Fluent in English, Korean (German is an advantage)
