Randstad IT Professionals is actively looking for a REQUIREMENTS ENGINEER for a .NET solution implementation for one of ourmajpor clients in the banking environment. 

Implement the .NET solution in the area of structured product issuance and management.

Main tasks will include:

- Drive the business analysis and requirement elicitation
- Analyze and document business process
- Prepare functional and non-functional requirements for IT development team
- Actively participate in elaboration of target IT- and business architecture of the platform
- Organize and lead business user workshops
- Report implementation status to project stakeholders
- Successfully manage collaboration between IT and business
- Actively participate in agile development process (scrum, sprint planning, retrospectives)

DESIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATION

- Must is Ms. In Computer Science or Physics/Mathematics or in Finance
- Min 8 years of experience developing complex financial applications with lot of dependencies and stakeholders

MUST

- Strong analytical skills in the finance area, especially in structured products and traded derivatives
- Very strong data modelling skills using any of common tools (eg Informatica, Enterprise Architect, MS SQL Server)
- Experience with relational data analysis and reverse engineering of the databases
- Hands-on experience with integration and system tests
- Agile, Scrum
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Very good English oral and written

NICE TO HAVES

- T-SQL or PL/SQL experience and data analysis skills (MS SQL or Oracle)
- Experience operational aspects (booking, life cycle management, accounting, fee management) of structured products
- Enterprise Architect modelling skills, UML
- Any financial certifications (CFA, CAIA, AZEK) 
- Any project management certifications
- Any business analysis certifications
- German
