What You'll Be Doing:
- Technical Recruiter will provide full life cycle recruiting expertise to find, attract and hire talent that will enable Client's technology solutions.
- Technical Recruiter will translate the business requirements into sourcing strategies and drive the creation of talent pipelines.
- Technical Recruiter will consult with business group to understand business strategies and talent needs.
- Technical Recruiter will use knowledge of talent pools to develop sourcing plans and strategies.Conduct Lead Generation.
- Research and Sourcing of qualified candidates.
- Technical Recruiter will influence hiring managers on next steps with talent generated. .
What You Need to Bring to the Table:
- Six plus (6) plus years of technical recruiting experience with a minimum of two (2) of the years comprising full life cycle recruitment.
- A deep knowledge of the external environment, market trends, competitors, labor market and general talent availability.
- The ability to conduct broad based Lead Generation/Research and Sourcing Capability to find great candidates.
- Ability to learn and quickly grasp new skill areas and industries.
- Ability to work in a self-directed environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, commercial candidate tracking (ATS Systems), database applications, etc.
Bonus Points! Otherwise Known As Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with PeopleFluent.
- Experience recruiting highly skilled engineers.
