TECHNICAL RECRUITER needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in Reston, VA.

THE BIG PICTURE - TOP SKILLS YOU SHOULD POSSESS:

- Proven track record of full life cycle technical recruiting
- Proven track record of success in a metric-driven corporate recruiting environment
- Experience working in an agency recruiting (fast paced/results driven)

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Proactively sourcing professional candidates in a variety of technical positions; primarily in Information Technologies.
- Screen, document and present fully qualified candidates
- Execute all facets of the recruiting life cycle including sourcing, presentation, selection, offer, negotiation, closing and initial on-boarding.
- Must be able to maintain 15 candidate submittals per week

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Must have a Bachelor's Degree to apply.
- Five to seven (5-7) years of experience. Less experienced will be considered.
- Two (2) years of Agency Recruiting experience
- Experienced with applicant tracking systems
- Proven track record of success in full life cycle recruiting
- Job stability
