WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING: Find talented and diverse Technical (Software) candidates through creative sourcing methods
Build strong relationships with candidates, Hiring Managers, and HR management to ensure hiring requirements are met
Effectively screen and interview candidates to assess skill and cultural fit
Consult with the Hiring Manager on the overall hiring process
Follow up with the candidate on their interviewing and onboarding experience
WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE: Minimum of 2-3 years of Technical Recruitment
Bachelor's degree in a business related field
Ability to develop effective sourcing strategies
Ability to consistently update the applicant tracking system and Hiring Managers in a timely manner
Ability to meet or exceed performance measurement metrics
