Morson International are currently working with a global organisation who are looking for a Technical Recruiter to work on a 6 month contract based out of their office in Guildford. The Recruitment Officer will hold responsibility for managing, delivering and meeting high numbers of our recruitment requirements, in the UK and possibly internationally. This is a hands-on permanent recruitment delivery role, sourcing high volumes of extremely technical talent in the UK and possibly internationally and previous IT and Technology industry recruitment experience is essential.

Main Responsibilities
* Managing the end to end recruitment activities, directly sourcing high volumes of technical talent whilst managing the existing PSL agencies to ensure the successful delivery of the highest quality of candidates.
* Building talent pipelines for future requirements.
* Meet headcount requirements set by Operations by delivering an excellent recruitment service.
* Identify and develop with the support of the recruitment team and manager, the best sourcing strategies, managing the balance of direct, referral and agency candidates.
* Build effective, credible relationships with operations and business executives across multiple locations.
* Accurately produce and keep updated management information reports on candidate pipelines, hire data and various other ad-hoc reports.
* Work closely with the wider HR team and recruitment administrators to ensure best in class candidate experience.
* Participate in the agency supplier review process

Skills & Experience
* Successful track record of directly sourcing industry related technical candidates and consultants covering one or more of the following areas: Cyber Security, Software Application support and design, SIAM, IT Solution Architects, Data Analytics, technical consulting.
* Excellent candidate management skills.
* Pro-actively sourcing candidates, managing external suppliers and direct candidates.
* Good understanding of the Professional Services Market, such as IT or Management Consulting.
* Strong customer facing skills - with evidence of proven ability to build trusted recruitment relationships with (senior) line managers.
* Attention to detail, with experience in working with MS Office applications such as Excel.
* Good team player with a flexible approach.
* Ideally educated to degree level.
* International experience of recruiting in Europe and the Middle East is desirable.
