Technical Recruiter - Contract

Join a large TV network as a technical recruiter! In this role, you will execute full life cycle recruiting. This is a very important role; they need a strong technical recruiter and leader who can share ideas about different recruiting methods and strategies. You will cover everything from candidate sourcing, screening and conducting preliminary qualification interviews, to pre-closing candidates etc. This is an important role to proactively identify and evaluate the needs of hiring managers from the point of view of job content and fit with the client organization. Join a business casual environment for this 6-9 months contract with the potential to go longer or convert permanent!


- Bachelor's degree
- 7-10 years of technical recruiting 
- Proven experience in a recruitment function - recently in a technical environment
- Experience from corporate recruiting environments AND from Recruiting Agency
- Applicant Tracking Systems and Databases (Kenexa brassring preferred)
- Knowledge in full life cycle recruitment process and OFCCP regulations
- Strong Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) skills
- Ability to assess candidates' technical ability; identify and match candidates' behavioral traits
- Must be a self-motivated, results-oriented individual with a positive "get-it-done" attitude
- Strong working knowledge of candidate evaluation process
- Established network of candidate sources 
- Must be eligible to work in the US/Sponsorships not provided
