Technical Recruiter wanted for our Zurich based client
YOUR EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
- Working experience as a Recruiter, preferably in hiring technical staff
- Background in managing the candidate process and acting as candidate advocate
- Profound sourcing ability and strong organisational skills
- Readiness to improve customer experience for candidates, new hires, hiring managers and recruiters
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken
YOUR TASKS:
- Evaluating skill levels and managing the offer process, including reference checks, salary recommendations, offer letter generation as well as offer acceptances and declines
- Collaborating with hiring managers, senior management and other groups to negotiate offers
- Providing guidance and direction to recruiting coordinators as their mentor
- Ensuring continuous follow-up with clients, including handling candidate needs and confirming staffing plans
- Compiling and updating job opening reports, hires and post-hire summaries for hiring managers
