TECHNICAL RECRUITER WANTED FOR OUR ZURICH BASED CLIENT.
YOUR EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
- Bachelor's Degree with substantial strong experience in the Technical or IT industry
- Profound experience in HIRING TECHNICAL AND/OR IT STAFF with proven ability to consistently and positively contribute in a high-paced, changing work environment
- Ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks, such as continuous follow-up with clients to confirm staffing plans and candidate needs
- Excellent organizational, analytical and interpersonal skills coupled with strong sourcing capabilities and an uncommon balance of creativity and drive
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken
YOUR TASKS:
- Compiling and updating reports for job openings, hires, and post-hire summaries
- Evaluating skill level and manage offer processes, including reference checks, salary recommendations, offer letter generation, and offer acceptance/declines
- Negotiating offers by partnering with hiring manager, senior management, and other groups as necessary
- Continuous following-up with clients to ensure staffing plans and candidate needs are met
- Updating reports for job openings, hires, and post-hire summaries as well as providing guidance and direction to recruiting coordinators
