TECHNICAL RECRUITER WANTED FOR OUR ZURICH BASED CLIENT.
YOUR EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
- Bachelor's Degree with substantial strong experience in the Technical or IT industry
- Several years of hands-on recruitment experience, eg sourcing and screening candidates, evaluating their qualifications, conducting phone/personal interviews and managing the whole recruitment process (preferably for Technical or IT positions)
- In-depth experience in working independently on a number of projects simultaniously
- Excellent assessment and analytical skills
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
LANGUAGES: FLUENT ENGLISH BOTH WRITTEN AND SPOKEN
YOUR TASKS:
- Being responsible for guiding candidates through the hiring process
- Keeping candidates continually informed with quality communications throughout the hiring process
- Partnering with University Programs to execute targeted on-campus events to drive pipeline growth
- Solving problems and producing solutions by collecting and analysing data, identifying alternatives when circumstances change and seeking out additional responsibilities
