TECHNICAL RECRUITER CHANDLER, AZ 7 MONTH CONTRACT

The Recruiter will be responsible for partnering with stakeholders, hiring managers, and/or candidates to deliver designated portions of the recruiting and hiring life cycle to meet business group hiring needs. From a sourcing talent perspective, the Recruiter will be executing and managing attraction, generation, and delivery strategies for external talent. You will be working with hiring managers to drive effective hiring practices by understanding the organizations hiring needs, effectively identifying and screening candidates for specific positions, and supporting the execution of the manager owned pieces of the hiring process.

Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

- Effectively cope with ambiguous scenarios and generates new ideas and creative solutions to problems while meeting talent deliverables.
- Influence managers and other business group stakeholders to align internal efforts to the best recruiting approaches to hire the top candidates for their needs.
- Use Internet technologies, databases, and staffing tools to source and recruit talent.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree with more than four years related experience or equivalent
- Skill set to include broad-based hands-on knowledge of various sourcing channels and the ability to utilize the most effective channels to source and generate qualified candidates
- Ability to use current channels as well as successful identification and adoption of emerging channels
- Ability to advise, customize, and bring expertise to the candidate experience
- Staffing expertise to effectively engage with hiring manager to understand the needed requirements and when necessary challenge the hiring managers talent requirements and assumptions
- Preferred experience includes recruiting in the high technical field
