We are currently seeking an exceptionally talented Technical Recruiter to join our team. This is a highly flexible position with the option to WORK FROM HOME and attend meetings onsite (must be local to the greater Seattle area). You will be working closely with technical candidates and clients in pursuit of business goals, and above all else customer satisfaction.

Your responsibilities will include screening and interviewing technical candidates (team fit and technical screen), working directly with client hiring managers on specific contract needs, and negotiating with both parties for hires. You will also work closely with our sales and employee relations teams.

We want to hire a person who is resourceful, wants to make an impact, cares about customers, is excited about technology, has a bias for action and wants to help shape a growing organization.


- 2+ years of Technical Recruiting experience in fast-paced, high volume staffing environment
- Solid knowledge of IT recruiting in the contract staffing industry with knowledge of a variety of technologies
- VMS systems experience highly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to locate talent for harder-to-find skill sets a must
- Personality that strives for quality and a great candidate experience
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
