We are looking for highly energetic, self-starting professionals who have experience with staff augmentation recruiting, campus recruiting, or inside sales, and who want to join our Recruiting Group in support of our Fortune 500 client base.

Synectics offers an exciting compensation plan for recruiters with automatic salary step increases as your hiring numbers increase, along with other performance-based financial incentives.

Our beautiful office is located in the heart of the Loop, within easy walking distance of all public transportation. Our recruiters work in large, individual, state-of-the-art workspaces, and use our inhouse-developed applicant-tracking system to recruit candidates that match our clients' staffing requirements. We have a dedicated support staff to handle the administrative tasks of candidate reference checking, background checking, résumé writing, and job posting.

Synectics strongly believes in work-life balance. Our office hours are 8:30-5:00.
