- They are also responsible for managing relationships with managers/director in regards to pipeline and delivery.

REQUIREMENTS

- Bachelor's Degree
- 4-10 years of technical recruiting experience
- Full life cycle technical recruiting experience
- Experience working closely with managers
- Strong communication
- Professional aptitude
- Experience recruiting for software/hardware positions for an IT company preferred
